In any other country buying bigger amounts means buying cheaper.

When it comes to alcohol in Finland, any kind of logic seems to fail.

Buying a 8-pack of beers is 4.76 EUR/l, buying 8 individual beers is 2.94 EUR/l. Explanation? It seems some law maker Fin thinks that selling alcohol in packs promotes alcoholism. Hence, the more expensive price; to disuade people from buying packs (more alcohol) and promote buying individuals (less alcohol).

It doesn't make any sense to me :(. I will just rip the plastic and place my 8 beers in a bag ...
